How can I sign up for the site?
Please find the button titled "Sign up" on the upper right side of the webpage, above the main menu. Alternatively, you can also click the similarily titled link in the main menu.
After filling out the form you will be sent a confirmation mail to the address you provided during registration. To finalize the process, you will be asked to click the link found in the mail.
If you do not seem to have received that e-mail, please check your spam folder, or contact the helpdesk.
After completing the process you will be able to sign in using your login name and password.
I forgot my password! What am I supposed to do?
Please find the button titled "Forgot password" on the upper right side of the webpage, above the main menu, right below the login form.
Click the button and enter your email address on the page. Your new password will be e-mailed to you. We cannot provide your forgotten password, but send you a new one. However it can be changed via the the user preferences form.
Who can become a member?
A member can be any person who is above 18 years of age and has a valid registration on the site. Please consult the section pertaining to the registration process to know more about this.
A membership requires a prior registration which is free.
What are the advantages if I become a member?
Without a membership you will only be able to view the free story parts and the lead images of any image or comic series.
How long will my membership last after purchasing one?
We currently have membership plans for 3, 30, 90 and 360 days.
How can I extend my membership?
You can extend your membership any time after purchasing one by making another transaction. In this case, your validity will be prolonged by the number of days of your choosing.
Your membership will NOT be extended automatically after it expires. Of course you will need to register only once.
Where can I check when my membership will expire?
After logging in to the site, you can find this information in your green infobox on the right side of the page.
I have a problem with registering / purchasing membership! What can I do?
Please consult with our helpdesk by filling out the helpdesk form.
I would like to delete my account!
If you decide to delete your account you can do so by clicking the "Delete user" link in your infobox. An e-mail will be sent to confirm your decision.
In case of deletion your account and any remaining days of your membership will be unrecoverably lost. Please only take this course of action if you are positively sure you will not have any furher use for your account.
