GAY STORIES

The blinding pain slams me around, flips me over. I land hard on my back. Mechanically, like a clockwork doll, I grab my arm. It's bleeding. Another explosion, this one further away, and another hail of bullets. I skitter backwards. I look and see my battalion racing forwards, fanning out through...

BISEX STORIES

My wife's brother stayed with us this past summer. Originally I wasn't too keen on having this 19 year old street tough around, but as things developed, I'm glad my wife talked me into it. She's 22 and I'm 23, by the way. When Tim arrived, he looked exactly like I remembered him. Leather jacket,...

Blue Milk, everybody had to have it. The first true aphrodisiac. One
sip or mixed in another drink and the recipient was taken over by
uncontrollable lust. Yea, right. But it was the latest craze
sweeping the nation and my paper wanted a story. Kind of the latest
fad of the month fluff piece.

Conservative and Labour LGBT welcome marriage evaluation

The Conservative and Labour party's LGBT groups have both welcomed David Cameron's plans to review marriage inequality.

Under the plans, civil partnerships in religious institutions will be permitted under new legislation and the Government is proposing a consultation on whether full marriage equality is something to be advanced.
It comes after Lynne Featherstone, Equality Minister, outlined the government's plans to review the differences between civil partnerships and marriage.

Matthew Sephton, Chairman of LGBTory commented: “The possibility of having a Civil Partnership in a religious institution was announced by Prime Minister David Cameron back in June and we are happy that firm legislative proposals are now being put in place.”

He continued:“We also very much welcome the consultation on marriage equality. Although we would have preferred the process to move faster than looks likely from today’s Government statement, we will definitely be engaging with the consultation and taking a very active part in it as soon as it begins.”

James Asser Co-Chair of LGBT Labour, said: "Allowing places of worship to choose if they want to conduct civil partnership ceremonies is the right move and from the government.

"LGBT Labour fully supports for full marriage equality between heterosexual and same-sex couples and welcomes the government’s announcement today that it will consult on ‘next steps’ towards gay marriage. We also welcome the fact that the Labour leader, Ed Miliband, has again confirmed his support for marriage equality.

“Our concern would be that the consultation that has been announced today does not have much detail and the minister, Lynne Featherstone, was unable to confirm that these plans would come in before the next election.

"The last thing the LGBT community want is a consultation to be used to push the issue into the long grass. We are keen to contribute to any consultation and we will be urging Government to make tangible progress on marriage equality as soon as possible.”
