A woman who was arrested for trespassing on Ellen Degeneres' property has been ordered to stay away from the comedian and her partner, Portia De Rossi.
Karen Grace Sjoden, 49 – who was arrested on St.Valentine's day before being released on $200,000 bail – was sentenced to three years probation after pleading no contest to misdemeanor trespassing.
She was also ordered to keep away from an associate of the star, Michael Hathaway, and the US studio where Ellen's show is recorded.
Judge Marsha Revel, who tried but failed to get Sjoden medically evaluated, said: "You can't email them, have a friend contact them and you can't have third party contact with them."
According to the Daily Mail, Sjoden had claimed that she was a private investigator for a company called Blue Moon. She said she was monitoring traffic coming out of and going into Ellen's luxury home.
But a spokesperson for Blue Moon told RadarOnline that Sjoden had never worked for them.
Sjoden's ex-husband, George Macke called his former wife a 'delusional conspiracy theorist' and that she had an unhealthy obsession with Hillary Clinton.
Macke divorced Sjoden in 1998 and said she is suffering from a mental illness.
