1. Privacy Policy and handling of personal data
1.1 The sole handler of data is the owner of BISEX.hu (the "site" or "website"). Any personal data will be handled according to this Terms of Use (the "terms"). Please read the section about our privacy policy before registering.
1.2 Some of the data of the visitor's computer will be registered and tracked in the database of the site. This includes but not limited to the IP address and name of the computer. This data will be only used for statistical purposes and will not be connected with any other personal data. 1.3 Any extra data that is required for the continued use of the site may be provided through the use of the registration form. The purpose of data handling is the creation of statistics, the setting of user rights and in some cases the sending of newsletters and reminders if User has chosen so.

The owners and operators of the site are not to be held liable for any system errors specifically errors due to user misuse or any false messages sent by any service provider. The site can also not be held liable for any damage or loss of information outside the competence of the administrators for example in case of a hacker attack. The owners of the site will do everything possible to forgo such events nevertheless.
1.8 The requirements for handling personal information is by law is controlled by the Protection of Personal Privacy and Public Data Act (1992. LXIII )

2.1 You hereby acknowledge that you may never misuse or mishandle any pornogragphic material. By using the site You may not offer or advertise any sexual services.
2.2 The site shall not be held liable for any third party content found on the site, but may immediately remove any content which origin or lawfulness is questionable.
